Are you one of the many who have stripped out the threads when removing or installing the cylinder head bolts on your engine? We have a fix that will allow you to perform the repair and salvage the cylinder block instead of having to scrap it! This repair is easy enough to be undertaken by anyone having the basic tools and skills required to drill and tap into aluminium.

This kit is designed for engines that utilise the 11 mm X 1.50 thread pitch cylinder head bolts. The specially designed extra long tap (150 mm), the stainless steel extra long inserts (33 mm), and the extra long drill (200 mm) will make the repair so much easier. No need to add extensions and worry about measuring how deep to drill – the drill stop will prevent you from having to keep stopping and measuring!
