KEENSERT Thread Repair Kit – Thin Wall – M6 to M12 Diameters – 1.0 to 1.75 mm Thread Pitch

• • Are you repairing your damaged / stripped threads or just adding strong metal threads into soft metal such as aluminium ?  These KEENSERTS are the solution to your problems. The key locks on the side of the inserts help prevent them from coming loose in the material or rotating and slipping.
• • Inside dimensions of the inserts are M6 to M12 mm
  • Outside dimensions of the inserts are 10 X 16 mm
  • Installed length of the insert is 10 to 16 mm

    • 1 piece – Installation Tool

  You will need to have a selection of hand tools to drill, tap and install these inserts correctly. Some of the tools that are required to install the inserts include: a drill machine, the correct drill bit, the correct thread tap to fit the OD thread profile of the KEENSERT insert, tap handle, lubricant, degreaser, and a hammer.
